Once you have completed the registration process you will automatically be logged in to your account.

From your community seller’s dashboard you can copy your custom link and download your unique QR code which can be used to share with your network.

Each time a Care Card is purchased using your unique link or QR code you will receive a notification via email. Your dashboard will also reflect the sale.

When you have referred 10 Care Card purchases you will receive a code via email to redeem one complimentary Card Card valid for the current year.

Joining Care Card means you’re supporting children, the elderly, and women with breast cancer.
Care Card, Arizona’s biggest retail fundraising event, has been serving the community for 25 years. Proceeds from Care Card sales support local charities serving the healthcare needs of women, children, and the elderly in the greater Phoenix area.
